1 Introduction

3 Account Registration & Verification
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pr123. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your pr123 account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequent verification checks.
3.3 KYC Verification
PR123 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as required by applicable regulations. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
PR123 accepts deposits via the following local Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits are credited to your pr123 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider — in most cases, this is near-instant.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes below, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification:
- GCash / Maya: Typically within 1 hour of approval
- InstaPay / PESONet: Within 1 business day
- BDO / BPI / UnionBank: Within 1 business day
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on card issuer
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. PR123 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5 Bonuses & Promotions
PR123 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. One bonus per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
- All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the relevant promotion — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 30x). This means bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
- Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion for details.
- Bonus funds will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.

6.1 RNG Certification

6.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction — including game disconnection, server errors, or software faults — pr123 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. PR123 will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Live Casino
Live dealer games on pr123 are subject to additional rules relevant to the real-time nature of the product. The decisions of the live dealer and the pr123 live casino system are final. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game round.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pr123. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances — with no exception:
- Registering or operating more than one account
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial assistance to play games or manipulate outcomes
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploitation must be reported to pr123 immediately

Attempting to deceive the platform is not worth the risk — accounts will be closed and the matter may be escalated to the appropriate authorities.
8 Responsible Gaming
